The People dashboard
A per-person view of engagement, value and recency.
Once you identify your users, the People view turns anonymous traffic into a list of real, recognisable people — and scores how engaged each one is.
What you see
- Who they are — name, identifier and where they're visiting from.
- Engagement — how often they visit and how recently, plus their event history.
- Value — lifetime revenue (when you track purchases).
- Segment — which RFM group they fall into (see Understanding RFM segments).
Works without revenue, too
You don't need to sell anything to get value here. Even with no revenue connected, People ranks visitors by how engaged they are — how frequently and how recently they come back — so you can spot your most active users and the ones slipping away.
Identification coverage
The view also shows how many of your visitors are identified vs still anonymous, so you know how complete the picture is. The more places you call dzati.identify(), the richer it gets.
Note: People is reached from the toolbar on any site (the "people" icon next to your dashboard).
